Atopophrynus syntomopus is a species of frog in the Leptodactylidae family, of the monotypic genus Atopophrynus. It is endemic to Colombia.
Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montane forests and rivers. It is almost extinct due to habitat loss.
